Orders

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days (depending on your location).
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes.

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we ship only in the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Can I return liquid chalk?

Liquid chalk can only be returned if it is unopened and unused (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Products

Is liquid chalk better than powder chalk?

For most gym users, yes — it provides strong grip, dries quickly, and doesn’t make a mess like powder chalk.

Will the magnetic gym bag stick to all machines?

It sticks to most machines made from metal, especially racks, cable machines, squat stations, and gym frames.
(It won’t stick to plastic parts or aluminum surfaces.)
